Thank you to the Tasmania Department of Premier and Cabinet's Community Development Division for a grant helping us to run Multicultural Month in May.  The centre purchased a variety of resources including posters, books, dress up clothes, dolls and toys all with a multicultural theme.  During Multicultural month Puddleduck run a 'themed' program of families of the world.  Many of our activities, stories, songs and artwork at designed to expose and encourage positive views on the similarities and differences of cultures and people from a family focus.

A generous grant from the Tasmania Early Years Foundation has enabled Puddleduck to develop, run and resource a music program for children called Musical Ducks.  We have some wonderful new resources and have been able to employ a professional music teacher to run Musical Ducks in a playgroup type format.  For more information please see the page on this website or contact the centre on (03) 6435 0433.
